What We Do
IBC Solar Subscription provides the commercial subscription and payment administration layer for selected solar-as-a-service projects.

While AEON Energy Ltd is responsible for engineering, procurement, installation, commissioning and technical maintenance, IBC Solar Subscription manages the customer-facing subscription side of the service.
How it works
IBC Solar Subscription supports the customer-facing subscription and payment process for selected solar-as-a-service projects.
First, a customer, business or community enters into a written solar-as-a-service agreement. AEON Energy Ltd or approved project partners then deliver the solar energy system and related technical services.
Once the service arrangement is agreed, IBC Solar Subscription sets up the customer account and agreed payment schedule. The customer then makes recurring service payments in line with the written agreement.

We manage recurring customer payments for agreed solar-as-a-service arrangements, including payment schedules, billing records and payment confirmations. We also support payment collection through approved payment methods, including card payments and bank transfers where available.
Our team also provides customer account support, helping customers with billing questions, payment confirmations, account updates and general subscription support.
