Refunds & Cancellations

Refunds & Cancellation Policy

This Refunds & Cancellation Policy applies to services provided through IBC Solar Subscription, operated by IBC Capital Partners Ltd.

IBC Solar Subscription aims to handle refund and cancellation requests clearly, fairly and in accordance with the applicable customer agreement.

1. Project-Specific Subscriptions

Solar-as-a-service subscriptions are project-specific. Refund and cancellation rights depend on the applicable quotation, invoice, service agreement, subscription agreement or other written customer agreement.

Customers receive written service terms before making payments. These terms confirm pricing, payment schedule, service scope, subscription term, cancellation rights and any applicable fees.

2. Duplicate or Mistaken Payments

Duplicate payments, mistaken payments or payment processing errors may be refunded after verification.

To request a refund for a duplicate or mistaken payment, customers should contact us with the payment date, amount paid, payment method and reason for the request.

3. Activated Services

If a service has already been activated, a subscription period has already started, installation work has commenced, equipment has been procured, or technical services have already been delivered, refunds may be limited in accordance with the applicable customer agreement.

4. Cancellations

Customers may request cancellation by contacting IBC Solar Subscription in writing.

Cancellation rights, notice periods, minimum terms and any applicable charges will depend on the customer’s written agreement.

6. Response Time

We aim to respond to refund and cancellation requests within two business days.

Approved refunds will normally be returned to the original payment method, unless otherwise agreed or required.

7. Payment Processor Fees

Where permitted by applicable law and the customer agreement, payment processor fees, bank charges or administrative costs may be deducted from refunds.
