Payments made through IBC Solar Subscription are for agreed solar-as-a-service subscriptions and related customer account services.
We manage customer subscription arrangements connected to selected solar-as-a-service projects, including account setup, subscription records and customer payment schedules.
We administer agreed recurring payments in line with each customer’s written service agreement, including payment dates, billing records and payment confirmations.
We support payment collection through approved payment methods, including card payments and bank transfers where available. Payment options may vary by location and agreement.
We help customers with billing questions, payment confirmations, account updates, refund requests, cancellation requests and general subscription support.
We provide the billing and subscription administration layer for selected AEON Energy solar-as-a-service projects, allowing AEON Energy Ltd to focus on technical project delivery.
