These Terms of Service apply to services provided through IBC Solar Subscription, operated by IBC Capital Partners Ltd, a UK-based company.
By using our services, contacting us, or making a payment, you agree to these Terms of Service and to any written service agreement, invoice, quotation or subscription agreement provided to you.
IBC Solar Subscription provides subscription management, billing administration, payment collection and customer account support for selected solar-as-a-service projects.
IBC Solar Subscription works with AEON Energy Ltd and approved project partners. AEON Energy Ltd or approved project partners are responsible for the technical delivery of renewable energy systems, including design, engineering, procurement, installation, commissioning and maintenance.
IBC Solar Subscription is responsible for the customer-facing subscription and payment administration layer.
Customers receive written service terms before making payments. These terms may be provided through a quotation, invoice, service agreement, subscription agreement or other written confirmation.
The applicable agreement will confirm the service scope, pricing, payment frequency, subscription term, cancellation terms and customer responsibilities.
Customers agree to pay the amounts set out in their applicable written agreement.
Payments may be made using approved payment methods, including card payments and bank transfers where available. Payment options may vary depending on customer location, project type and payment processor availability.
Payments made through IBC Solar Subscription relate to agreed solar-as-a-service subscriptions and associated customer account services.
Customers are responsible for ensuring payments are made on time.
Late, failed or disputed payments may affect access to services, subject to the terms of the applicable customer agreement.
Service timelines, installation dates, activation dates and subscription start dates are project-specific and will be confirmed in the applicable customer agreement.
Technical delivery is handled by AEON Energy Ltd or approved project partners. IBC Solar Subscription manages the subscription and payment administration side of the service.
Customers can contact IBC Solar Subscription for billing questions, payment confirmations, subscription support, refund requests, cancellation requests or general enquiries.

IBC Solar Subscription is not responsible for delays, interruptions or issues caused by circumstances outside its reasonable control, including technical issues, site access delays, customer non-payment, third-party service issues, payment processor issues, regulatory restrictions or force majeure events.
Nothing in these Terms limits liability where it would be unlawful to do so.
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. The latest version will be made available on this website.
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, unless otherwise stated in a specific written customer agreement.
