The customer, business or community enters into a written solar-as-a-service agreement. This confirms the service scope, pricing, payment frequency, subscription term, cancellation terms and customer responsibilities.
AEON Energy Ltd or approved project partners are responsible for the technical delivery of the solar energy system, including design, installation, commissioning and maintenance.
IBC Solar Subscription sets up the customer account and agreed payment schedule based on the written service agreement.
The customer makes recurring service payments through approved payment methods, including card payments and bank transfers where available.
IBC Solar Subscription supports customers with billing questions, payment confirmations, account updates, refund requests, cancellation requests and general subscription support.
Installation dates, activation dates, subscription start dates and service timelines are project-specific and confirmed in the applicable customer agreement.
Payments made through IBC Solar Subscription relate to agreed solar-as-a-service subscriptions and related customer account services.
